We have released a fix for the previous issue impacting some Transactions, Refunds and KDS data delays, and services have been in a state of full functionality for the last hour. We recommend Sellers re-attempt any failed transactions and refunds. Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions like this one. Thank you for your patience with us as we worked to resolve this issue.

We are currently experiencing a disruption that is impacting some Square services, including:

  • Delays with some sales appearing on KDS

  • Delays to some Transactions appearing in Transaction reports

  • Some Transactions not successfully capturing

  • Some Refunds not successfully processing
