We have released a fix for the earlier disruption impacting some Square services. We understand how important it is for all of our services to be running for your business, and our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions like this one. We are seeing recovery from a disruption that was impacting any Square features that involved customer profiles. While we continue to monitor this, updates to customer profiles may be delayed.

We are currently experiencing a disruption that is impacting Multiple Square Services. At this time, Sellers may be unable to access the Customer Directory or any of its dependencies (for example: linking customer information during a transaction). This is also impacting the creation of Square Appointments and not allowing Sellers to open Square Invoices.
