Our team has successfully resolved the issues preventing Sellers from creating, viewing, and canceling customer subscriptions. Sellers can now manage their subscriptions in the Square Dashboard as usual.
We are still working through the backlog that has caused delays of up to 70 hours for invoices sent for customer subscriptions since 3 AM on Friday, October 18th, PST. We expect to provide further updates on our progress within the next 24 hours.
