The performance issues with the Dashboard and Point of Sale are showing signs of improvement. Thank you for your patience while our engineers resolve these issues. We will update once more once everything is fully back.

We've identified the root cause for the outages to Point of Sale and Dashboard and are working quickly to restore services.
In the meantime, any payments taken are still being collected but will be delayed in showing in your balance on the Dashboard or app because of the servers being down. Thank you all for your patience as we work to get everything back up.

We're fielding reports of the Dashboard and Point of Sale being down stating server issues.
